JUSTICE FOR THE TATESPUBLIC RECORD / GLOBAL CAMPAIGN

ACCOUNTABILITY / STANDARDS

Advocacy is stronger when errors are correctable.

This is an independent citizen-led advocacy campaign. It is not an official defense site, law firm, court, government office or finding of fact.

01 / EDITORIAL METHOD

Source first. Every major claim linked.

Court records, official statements and attributed reporting are prioritized. “Alleged,” “charged,” “investigated” and “convicted” are not interchangeable. Material claims link to the strongest available public record so readers can inspect them directly.

02 / CORRECTIONS

Document the error and the stronger source.

Submit the exact sentence, URL, date and replacement source. Corrections supported by primary records are prioritized. Material changes should update the reviewed date and remain visible in the public record.

03 / PETITION PRIVACY

Minimum data, explicit choices.

  • New petition votes require Google verification; X and public ChatGPT sign-in are not used.
  • The Google account ID is converted to a keyed one-way identity hash to reject repeat votes without storing the raw ID.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, a honeypot, minimum completion time and privacy-safe rate limits reduce automated and abusive submissions.
  • Public name and region display is optional.
  • Email is encrypted and retained only when the signer separately opts in to essential campaign updates.
  • Opted-in email can be removed from the petition panel while signed in.
  • Contact and opted-in update data is retained for up to 24 months after the campaign's last active use, unless deletion is legally required sooner.
04 / SAFETY

No harassment, identification or interference.

Do not identify, contact or harass complainants, witnesses, lawyers, court staff or investigators. Do not publish leaked, private or unlawfully obtained material. This campaign challenges procedure and pre-trial restraint; it does not ask readers to decide disputed criminal facts outside a courtroom.

05 / PARTICIPATION TERMS

One person. One truthful signature.

By signing, a supporter confirms that the signature is their own and supports the exact petition statement shown at submission. Automated, duplicate, deceptive or abusive submissions may be removed from public totals. Public campaign data is provided without a warranty that it will influence any court or government decision.

CONTACT / CORRECTIONS

Send a source, correction or official request.

Contact details and message contents are encrypted before storage. Never submit complainant identities, leaked evidence or urgent safety reports here.
