New voting uses Google authentication. The Google account ID becomes a keyed one-way identity hash so repeat submissions can be rejected without storing a raw account identifier.

Public display is optional.
Names and regions appear publicly only when selected by the signer. Regional aggregates appear only after at least three supporters select the same region.
Layered request controls.
Google verification, Cloudflare Turnstile, same-origin checks, duplicate rejection, honeypots, minimum completion time and privacy-safe rate limits protect petition submissions.
Each accepted signature records a supporter's demand.
The public total records accepted support for release, due process and a fair trial. The first campaign entry was collected under the earlier protected browser-session method; new votes use Google.
